1. What are cookies

Cookies are small text files a website can store in your browser to remember information between visits, such as keeping you signed in or remembering a preference. "Similar technologies" covers related tools like local storage, which work in a comparable way.

2. Cookies on glownow.ai

This website does not set any cookies of its own, and we don't run advertising or analytics cookies on glownow.ai today. It does use your browser's local storage for one strictly functional purpose: remembering the language you pick in the language switcher, along with a copy of the available language list so the switcher still works if our server is briefly unreachable. That is a preference, not tracking: it stays on your device, is never sent to us, and identifies nobody. If anything else changes, for example if we add analytics to understand how the site is used, we'll update this page first.

3. Third-party content we load

This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com) so pages render correctly. Requests to Google Fonts are subject to Google's own privacy practices; see Google's Privacy Policy for details.

4. The Glow chat assistant

The chat widget on this site doesn't use cookies to work. When you type a question it doesn't recognize from its quick replies, your message is sent, over a normal network request rather than a cookie, to a backend function we run, which forwards it to Google's Gemini API to generate a response. That conversation lives in your browser's memory only. It is not saved anywhere by Glow, and it disappears when you close or refresh the page.

5. The Glow app

The Glow application at app.glownow.ai is a separate product from this marketing website. To keep you signed in and remember your session, the app may use cookies or similar technologies in ways this page doesn't cover. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your information across both the website and the app.

6. Your choices

Because this website doesn't set cookies, there's no cookie banner to work through. The one thing it does store is your language preference, described in Section 2. You can clear it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings, and the switcher will simply fall back to your browser's language on your next visit. Those same settings let you control cookies generally for any other site you visit, including the Glow app.
